This Mineral water spring is located in Alhama de Granada - Andalusia - Spain.
The actual well has a verified flow of 20 L per second, however geologists ensure this is a really potential aquifer where it can have much more than 20 L per second.
This unique water has been declared Mineral Water by Andalusian Goverment (PP. 591/2007) for the use of bottled drinks.
We are selling the well and 7 hectares of land for the factory. It is possible to expand the 7 hectares if needed70.000 m2 of land available for the botller, located at the front of the road with chance to increase the area if necessary.
The actual situation of the Mineral Water spring in Alhama de Granada is:
- Approved as Mineral Water for the use of bottled drinks.
- Project of the factory being finalised.
- Once project is finish back again to the Andalusian Goverment for the project approval.
- Once the project is approved goes to the council of Alhama de Granada for the building license of the factory.
